Ingredients
1 pound boneless chicken breast or turkey breast cooked and shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup red and green bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 tablespoon Bacon dripping
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans 15 ounces each white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
4 cups chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon tomato paste
Directions
Saute the chopped veggies in bacon dripping and toss everything into the crock pot. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hour.
